We deliver all your needs in 3-5 working days.
We supply you with the original products in the market, if this changes, you will be notified before shipping the order or mentioning it on the product page on the site.

3. Shipping & Returns Policy

We deliver all your needs in 3-5 working days, and it may extend a little bit based on your location.
We will ship your orders with BOSTA Express Delivery.
Returns
Orders can be exchanged or, if you are not satisfied, totally refunded. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, we’ll refund their purchase price in full within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date of delivery if products are in the original packaging, and original condition when purchased and received except in cases a product is counterfeit or defective and/ or materially different from the one ordered by a purchaser. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please return any item purchased from dentalsquaad.com that arrives to you damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered.
A pic after you receive it is a must to document its damage or defect.
4. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from any cause or causes beyond its reasonable control including without limitation any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion, civil commotion or industrial dispute of a third party, armed hostilities, the act of terrorism, revolution, blockade, embargo, strike, lockout, sit in, industrial or trade dispute, adverse weather, disease, accident to (or breakdown of) plant or machinery, shortage of any material, labor, transport, electricity or other supply, or regulatory intervention.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including a dispute, claim, or controversy relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with these Terms) shall be solved in a sympathetic way.
